*Returns must be unworn and in the original condition, packaging with invoice. Damaged Boxes Or shoes may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Who Will Pay For the Return/Exchange Cost?
Please note all returns and exchanges are customer’s responsibility.
How many days will it take to get an Exchange?
An exchange order will be sent within 14 working days once we have received the item depends upon the availability of the product. If you are in hurry please place a new order & send the correct order for a refund.
Faulty items/ wrong item
If you receive a faulty item/ wrong item or size, please login into your account & send us request through “Return support” OR for help please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a pick up from your doorstep.
